
At Coached By Anil, I understand that going on a meal plan can be quite intimidating. Hence my aim is to help you lose weight in the most simplest manner.
Each meal plan is based on 10 principles.
10 Principles
1 – No Starvation
That’s right, not feeling hungry is the USP of my program. In fact, most of my trainees/patient’s complain of not being able to finish the food provided.
2 – No Pills
If you did not need a pill to gain weight, why would you need one to lose? I follow a strict policy of no weight loss/fat loss pills.
3 – No Fad Diets
You won’t be restricted to only juices or salads. Your plan will be well constructed so that you meet the right proportion of all macro & micronutrients.
4 – No Unnecessary Supplements
Yup! Only supplement you will ever need throughout the program is whey protein (especially if you are vegetarian). You won’t have to buy any special atta or a breakfast drink.
5 – No Fixed Meal Timings
Whether you want to eat 2 meals/day or every 2 hourly, that will be completely your choice. In fact I encourage all my patients to choose a meal pattern that suits their lifestyle the best.
6 – No Cooking Restrictions
Cook the way you like, no specific recipe restrictions.
7 – No One Size Fit All Plans
A completely customized meal plan based on your current eating habits, food preferences and fitness goals.

9 – Maintenance Guide
What’s the advantage of losing all that weight, if you don’t know how to maintain it. Hence each program ends with a detailed weight maintenance guide to minimize your chance of gaining back the lost weight.
